十源乡位于文成县西北部,距文成县城36公里,面积30.00平方千米,人口0.75万人。乡政府驻东步街,辖8个行政村(十源、利民、光明、高新、新富、郑岙、呈段、高民)。平均海拔750米,日夜温差大、雨水充沛、阳光充足,属典型的亚热带热风气候,土壤肥沃,土地中性,极其适宜种植高山雪梨。目前全乡已种植雪梨面积3500亩,已出产的2000亩,其余的将在两年内陆续出产。主要品种有杭青、翠冠等。基地已有一定规模,高山雪梨发展潜力大,产业带已形成。
