目的:平滑肌肌球蛋白轻链激酶(myosin light chain kianse, MLCK)作为调节平滑肌收缩的关键酶,可以通过与钙离子(Ca2+)/钙调蛋白(Calmodulin, CaM)的结合,使肌球蛋白20kD轻链磷酸化,进而激活肌球蛋白的ATP酶活性引起平滑肌收缩。

适应症:
可用于防治急性心肌梗死、脑梗塞、深部静脉血栓和肺栓塞;还适用防治动脉栓塞、血液透析(溶解血凝块)、分流梗阻和胸膜粘连;可以使心、肺功能保持正常,神经系统的后遗症完全消失或大部分消失。
用量用法:
静注:150万IU/次。对于急性心肌梗塞患者,注射本品的同时辅以阿司匹林(口服160~325mg/日)是最佳的治疗方案。
注意事项: 除注射部位出现血肿硬或结外,未见有严重副反应。
规格: 冻干粉针剂:500000IU、750000IU。
