性质:又称黏土质隔热砖。一般指由耐火黏土制成的氧化铝含量为30%~46%的轻质耐火材料。耐火度与成分相同的普通黏土砖相差不大。气孔很多,耐压强度、抗渣性、抗腐蚀性等性能大大降低。以可塑泥料或泥浆浇注成形,并通过加入易燃物法、气体发生法、泡沫法使其形成多孔结构。主要用于工业窑炉中的隔热层。有时也用于不受高温熔融物料和侵蚀性气体所侵蚀的窑炉内衬。最高使用温度在1200~1500℃。
