| 社会组织 social organization 人们为实现特定目标而建立的共同活动的群体。又称次级社会群体。人类社会进入工业社会以后，社会生产力飞速发展，社会分工越来越细，社会生活和社会关系越来越复杂，初级社会群体在很多方面已无法适应社会发展和社会活动的需要。因此，完成特定目标和承担特定功能的社会组织的大发展就成为近代社会发展的必然趋势。 社会组织的特征主要有：①特定的组织目标。组织目标是组织活动的灵魂。②一定数量的固定成员。至少由两人或两个以上的人组成系统。③制度化的组织结构。通过不同职位的权力结构体系，协调各个职能部门或个人的活动。④普遍化的行动规范。通过辅助的奖惩制度，制约组织成员的活动，维护组织活动的统一性。⑤社会组织是一个开放的系统。 社会组织的类型，按照组织规模，可分为小型、中型和巨型等组织；按照组织成员之间关系的性质，可划分为正式组织和非正式组织；按照组织的功能和目标，可分为生产组织、政治组织和整合组织；按照组织对成员的控制类型可划分为：强制组织、功利组织、规范组织。中国的一些学者将社会组织分为经济组织，政治组织，文化、教育、科研组织，群众组织和宗教组织等类型。组织类型的划分是相对的，人们可以从研究和分析的需要出发，选择恰当的分类标准。 在现代社会，人们只能以群体的形式，来加强满足需要的能力。建立在社会分工基础上的专业组织，将具有不同能力的人聚合在一起，从而更加有效地满足人们的多种需要。大小不同、功能各异的社会组织构成了现代社会的主要基础。关于组织的知识和研究，已发展成为一个独立的综合性学科，即组织社会学。 |
