补充资料：中心镇公堂
中心镇公堂位于中甸城内大龟山东麓，俗称“藏经堂”，藏语叫“独肯瑞巴夏康”。它是全城藏族议事、集会及宗教活动的中心，也供群众办理婚丧宴会之用。
公堂始建于清雍正二年（1724年），后几度毁建。主楼为1983年重建，楼高3层，两边的墙上绘有藏传佛教的四大金刚。堂中央有一高大粗壮的中柱，群众对它视若神明，在中柱上绑以柏枝和哈达，以示崇敬。经堂旁的大龟山顶有朝阳楼，是中心镇的最高点，登上高楼，全城尽在眼底。
