In this paper starting with characteristics of real estate industy,the mechanism of fonmation of the real estate economy bubble is explained with real cases,and the regional characteristics are interpreted through analyzing the average sale price of commodity house in cities as Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai and Hainan province and the whole country from 1987 to 2001.

Its condition and the possible state of this systematic model have been discussed;this kind of speculative behavior may cause economic foam under some conditions,this may explain some current economic phenomenons,as the speculative behavior of the market of real estate.

In this case foaming economy is accompanied by economic foam, which are mainly caused by excessive speculation in security and real estate market, getting along with inflation and overgrowth of virtural capital.

The complexity of modern economic bubbles displays itself not only in the independent running of financial assets,but also in the inherent fragility of financial system.

However,we must trace back to the expansion mechanism of the economic bubble if we want to understand the essence of the financial crisis thoroughly.
