性质:在管线中的气流速度远高于颗粒沉降速度的条件下,固体颗粒在气流中进行输送的过程称为稀相输送。这时管线中的空隙率一般在0.95以上。稀相输送装置可分为吸引式和压送式两种。单位质量的空气所能输送的物料质量称为混合比μ0。一般选取混合比的范围:吸入式:低真空μ01~8;高真空μ08~20。压送式,低压μ0=1~10;高压μ0=10~40。输送管线中的气流速度根据物料的特性和管线的复杂程度一般选取为颗粒终端速度的几倍至几十倍。稀相输送常用以输送水泥、塑料粉、粮食、煤粉、矿砂等多种散装物料。
