性质:将分段瓷件黏接成一体的材料。通常要求粘接后瓷件接口处的机械强度、耐温度急变性能和化学稳定性等应均不逊于瓷质本身性能。黏接剂分为无机和有机两类。无机黏结剂可采用高温釉(1000℃以上)或低温釉(1000℃以下),将其涂于瓷件的接口处,再经高温焙烧即行黏合。有机粘接剂大都采用高分子化合物如环氧树脂,并配加固化剂和瓷粉填料,混合均匀后涂在瓷件接口面上,经一定温度固化即可。有机黏结剂黏接的瓷件,在常温下的性能与无机粘接剂相似,黏结工艺简便,但使用温度受到限制,一般不超过350℃。
