This paper expounds the work principles of WinPE,analyzes the superiorities of applying WinPE in the system installation of E-reading room,and introduces the concrete installation method.

In order to solve above-mentioned problems,it is necessary to perfect the conventional instruments and introduce some special functions,including one source installation,to ameliorate the instruments precision.
