| 海上保险 marine insurance 对自然灾害或其他意外事故造成海上运输损失的一种补偿方法。保险方与被保险方订立保险契约，根据契约被保险方应付一定费用给承保方，发生损失后则可得到承保方的补偿。海上保险主要有5 种。①船舶保险。以船舶为保险标的。当船舶在航行或其他作业中受到损失时，予以补偿。包括船舶定期保险、航程保险、费用保险、修船保险、造船保险、停航保险等。②运费保险。以运费为保险标的。只按航程保险，通常以全损为投保条件。海损后船舶所有人无法收回的运费由保险人补偿。③保障赔偿责任保险。船舶所有人之间相互保障的一种保险形式。主要承保保险单不予承保的责任险，对船舶所有人在营运过程中因各种事故引起的损失、费用、罚款等均予保险。④海洋运输货物保险。以海运货物为保险标的。主要有平安险，负责赔偿因自然灾害发生意外事故造成保险货物的全部损失；水渍险，除负责平安险的全部责任外，还负责因自然灾害发生意外事故所造成的部分损失；一切险，负责保险条件中规定的除外责任以外的一切外来原因所造成的意外损失。⑤石油开发保险。以承保海上石油开发全过程风险为标的。属于专业性的综合保险。此种保险的保险期很长，因开发周期的原因，可达十余年。 |
