随着锦州市居民生活水平的不断提高,大套型的三室两厅成为继两室两厅之后的主流套型,通过对世纪之初锦州市住宅市场上的三室两厅住宅套型的随机调查,发现目前该套型设计出现趋同现象,笔者尝试对13种不同的三室两厅套型设计进行了数据方面分析,希望能为锦州市未来的三室两厅住宅套型设计提供理论参考。

In "Hunan Section" of its "Geography Part",the time when the three "Tings" of Qianzhou,Fenghuang and Yongsui were promoted to "directly subordinating Tings" and the time when "Yongsui Ting" was founded are open to question.

补充资料：口北三厅
清代地名。指张家口厅（今河北张家口市）、独石口厅（今河北沽源南）、多伦诺尔厅（今内蒙古多伦）。均在长城以北、蒙古高原之南，东西广六百里，南北六百四十里。明为开平卫、朵颜卫地。后开平卫内徙，遂为蒙古驻牧地。清初置牧厂。雍正二年(1742)置张家口厅，十年置多伦诺尔厅，十二年置独石口厅，隶口北道。民国以后，改张家口厅为张北县，多伦诺尔厅为多伦县，独石口厅为独石县。
