Analysis on China s Agricultural Insurance Based on Positive Externality;

This paper focuses on the reform of investment and financing system in quasi-commercial infrastructure project,makes a detailed analysis on the nature of quasi-commercial infrastructure project,and points out that its strong positive externality and restriction of certain public interest will result in a low attraction for society financing practice.

Applying the theory of western economics,this paper analyzes the causes for the positive externality of rural land,probes the internality approaches of the positive externality of rural land in our country,and puts forward four solutions.

From an economic perspective,this article believes that China s rural compulsory education has significant positive externalities,and the double failure of market and the government lead rural compulsory education to lag behind economic efficiency and social needs.

Based on economic analysis,we can see that positive externalities of educational internship opportunities led to market failure,as opposed to the ideal demand for normal universities’teachers,educational internship opportunities were not enough.

The positive externalities of agricultural land affect the welfare of human directly or indirectly.

These problems include: every peripheral corrections, divison of gravity anomalies and interpretation of gravity anomalies.
