This paper expounds the shape classification of strip, analyzes the reasons why the shape wave occurs on the band steel in the cold rolling mill, and probes into the crown control of the band steel.

The plan to select the type of frequency speed regulator according to the collected electrical data and the condition of the site is introduced, the actual application of it in the cam control in steel rolling mill and the problems in operation are discussed, the resolving plan proposed.

By Changing the over-model heavy girder of the turnover machine from the linear contact into point contact as well as by revamping the original point of no return,control circuit,cam controller and hydraulic oil line system the low utilization rate of the machine due to return of part of the charging material and increase of production cost are effectively solved.

An efficient technology for a random three-dimensional aggregate generation and packing is presented,in which a polyhedron is created by extending an arbitrary fundamental triangular and regarded as a aggregate after passing through convex control and sharpness judgment,and a number of random aggregates are generated circularly by this method in accordance with an actual grading curve.
