主料：西兰花、土豆
辅料：西葫芦、培根、胡萝卜、洋葱、大蒜、茴香头
调料：盐、黄油、芝士、淡奶、面粉
烹制方法：
1、将西兰花、胡萝卜、土豆切成条，培根切成丝，洋葱、大蒜切末；
2、坐锅点火放水，加入盐，将土豆、胡萝卜煮熟捞出；
3、锅上火放入黄油，加入胡萝卜、土豆、西兰花、西葫芦、洋葱、大蒜、培根翻炒均匀装盘，撒上茴香头丝，黄油炒面粉，冲入适量热水，加入盐、淡奶调味成汁浇在上面，撒芝士放入烤箱焗5分钟即可。
特点：香浓味醇，营养丰富。
