一种特殊的X线检查。采用 120千伏以上的电压进行摄片，常用者一般为120～160千伏。高千伏X线的穿透力强，摄取的胸片肋骨阴影变淡，可将骨骼，纵隔，以及大量胸腔积液遮盖的肺内病灶显示出来。高千伏摄影可缩短曝光时间，减少X线管负荷和病人皮肤照射量，但由于设备要求高，非一般X线机所能用。
