| 油风 头发突然脱落，头皮鲜红光亮的慢性皮肤病。又称鬼舐头、油风毒等。即现代医学的斑秃、脂溢性脱发。油风由血虚生风，风盛血燥，毛发失养；或因情志抑郁，肝气郁结，气滞血瘀，毛发失养所致。起病突然，毛发干燥，成片脱落，皮红光泽，自觉痒如虫行或不痒。严重时可形成全秃，或伴有其他部位的毛发脱落而成普秃。治宜滋补肝肾，活血散瘀，养血祛风。用神应养真丹或逍遥散合通窍活血汤化裁。外用鲜生姜切片擦患处，或用艾汤煎洗之。久不愈者，可用七星针叩击，每日一次。 |
