热塑性聚酞亚胺复合材料thermoplastic pol-yimide matrix eomPosites以热塑性聚酞亚胺树脂为基体,用纤维(或其织物)增强或用粉末填料填充制得的复合材料。是先进复合材料中最重要的热塑性高聚物基复合材抖之一 聚酞亚胺是·类i一链1几含酸亚胺基团0。C 一 入 一0?C的聚合物。品种很多.仃热{古}性的,也有热塑性的。属热塑性的有双醚醉型聚酞亚胺、聚醚酞亚胺、氟醉型聚酸亚胺和顺配型聚酞亚胺。它们具有一般热塑性塑料的如l一特性,可用模压、注射、挤出等工艺成型。常用的增强纤维是玻璃纤维、碳纤维和硼纤维,常用的粉末填料是石墨、二硫化钥等。最重要的热塑性聚酞亚胺树脂是氟醉型聚酞亚胺,在美国已研制成系列产品NR一150A、NR一150B、NR一150 AB、NR一150 AZ和NR一150BZ。用这种树脂制得的复合材料孔隙少,长期使用温度达260一316aC,短期使用温度达317一345oC,还具有优良的韧性、耐疲劳性和机械强度,优良的耐电弧性和介电强度,良好的电磁波透过性。连续纤维复合材料一般采用真空袋热压罐法、真空袋烘炉法和模压法成型。可作结构材料、绝缘材料、透波材料和热烧蚀屏蔽材料、热防护材料等,用于制作宇航用结构件、飞机零件、喷气发动机部件(如叶片、热防护板、刹车片)和雷达天线罩等。(过梅丽)
