一些与系统联系较弱的220kV变电站,经常出现由于220kV线路跳闸造成全站失压的情况,严重影响供电可靠性,为短时间内解决这一问题,河南省电力公司与北京四方公司合作研发了基于稳措平台的CSC264A数字式站间备自投装置,利用220kV变电站110kV系统联络线作为备用电源,实现两个220kV变电站之间的相互备用,该装置采用了多功能一体化设计,并利用光纤通讯技术实现了远方合闸、负荷实时自控等功能。
