| 腻苔 颗粒细腻致密，揩之不去，刮之不脱，舌面上有一层油腻状粘液的苔质。腻苔多是湿浊内盛，阳气被遏所致，因此其主病为湿浊、痰饮、食积、湿热、顽痰等，舌苔黄厚腻，多为痰热、湿热、暑温、湿温、食滞，以及湿痰内结，腑气不利等；若苔白滑腻，则为湿浊、寒湿；若厚腻不滑，白如积粉，多为时邪夹湿，自内而发；若白腻不燥，自觉胸闷，多是脾虚湿重；若白厚粘腻，口中发甜，乃脾胃湿热，气聚上泛所致。 |
