Objective To study the biological behavior and strategy of diagnosis and treatment of retroperitoneal liposarcoma.

病名。精索良性肿瘤之一。源于 精索鞘膜内脂肪组织，血运来自精索血管。被覆完整鞘膜，围绕精索生长，向上可伸至腹股 沟管，向下可达附睾或睾丸。因肿瘤扩张腹股沟管及重力牵拉使腹膜成漏斗状而易生腹股沟 斜疝或脂肪性疝，多发于50岁左右。常单侧单发、少有单侧多发或双侧发生者。生长缓慢。 除肿瘤很大或伴腹股沟疝者无明显症状。可恶性变为脂肪肉瘤。治宜行肿瘤切除。可同时修 补腹股沟疝。
