京杭大运河是与万里长城齐名的中国奇观，已有2500多年历史。横贯于无锡市的古运河段以吴桥经西水墩、南门至清名桥这长约6公里的河段最具江南水乡风情。清名桥位于南门外的古运河与伯渎港交会处，是古运河无锡段的最佳景点。
提醒：每逢双休日、节假日的上午8：30，下午1：00，在锡山码头有定班船游览古运河，时间1小时15分钟，票价每位10元。无锡市区公交201路可达清名桥。
