药筒拔法 药筒拔法 治疗学术语。指用药筒将溃疡的脓毒拔出。其作用与拔火罐相似。适用于阴发背十五日前后，坚硬散漫不收，脓深不能向外溃破者。其法先以鲜菖蒲、羌活、独活、蕲艾、白芷、甘草各15克，连须葱90克，用清水十碗，煎几十沸候用；其次，用鲜竹几段，每段长七寸，口径约一寸三分，一头留节，刮青留白，厚约一分多，靠节钻一孔，用细杉木条塞紧，放前药水内煎几十沸。脓内溃难出者，可先作品字形三切口，将药水盆放在病人床前，把药筒内热水倒去，乘热急对疮口合上，按紧自然吸住，约等5-10分钟药筒已凉，拔去木塞。药筒自落。凡溃疡严重者不能用，以免引起出血。
