Aiming at resolving the some problems which existed in the application of the die & mold CAD /CAM at present in our country ,studying and development of die & mold CAD /CAM based on Pro/Engineer was given in order to secondly developing a professional applicable die & mold CAD/CAM system which makes the designing of die & mold intellectually and automatically.
针对目前我国冲裁模CAD/CAM技术应用存在的一些问题,如:CAD/CAM运作效率低等,本作者提出在应用范围较广的Pro/Engineer软件平台上,二次开发一套具有一定实用价值的冲裁模CAD/CAM系统这一课题,使冲裁模设计达到一定的自动化与智能化。

This paper presents the concept of an intellective automation system based on virtual technology , and introduces the feature and the structures of the system hardware and software.

补充资料：局部自动化
相对于整个企业或整个系统的全盘自动化而言，凡不属于全盘自动化的一切自动装置或自动化系统，均称为局部自动化。自动化是在机械化的基础上实现的。只有在机械化较完善的生产设备和较先进的工艺基础上，具备了必要的现场条件才能实现自动化。一般用17项标准来鉴定机械化的水平：①用人的手来操作；②手工机械；③动力手工机械；④动力手控机械；⑤固定周期的单一功能的动力机械；⑥程序控制的、多功能的动力机械；⑦遥控动力机械，如发电站控制台；⑧由工件驱动的动力机械,如自动运输机;⑨测量,如锅炉温度计;⑩测量后发出被选择的性能数值的信号;(11)性能记录;(12)通过测量，改变机械的性能；(13)根据测量，进行分离和剔除；(14)选择合适的动作周期；(15)操作后对性能进行校正，如带有直径检测和自动调整装置的无心磨床；(16)在操作过程中对性能进行校正；(17)预期性能控制，如导弹系统或炼油设备的单元。
以上17项中，从第 5项起配以适当的自动控制装置，就能实现局部自动化。
相当数量的中小型工厂主要是靠局部自动化来提高劳动生产率和改进产品质量，如缝纫机厂、自行车厂、无线电元件厂等。局部自动化投资少，见效快，因而易于为人们接受。局部自动化的发展方向是应用微型计算机的分散式局部控制系统和局部网络。
以上17项中，从第 5项起配以适当的自动控制装置，就能实现局部自动化。
