The three dimensional model of mechanism in miniatrure circuit breader is set up by Pro-engineer, and adopting Flux, which is a finite element analysis software for electric magnetic, to calculate the electric magnetic force of magnetic release device, and finished the dynamic simalation by ADAMS, and analyzed the effect of different forces to the operating velocity.
采用PRO-E建立三维模型,采用电磁有限元分析软件FLUX计算磁脱扣器的电磁力,最后在多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS中进行小型断路器机构的断开过程的动力学仿真,并研究了各作用力对分断速度的影响。
