| 社会学习论 social learning theory 把认知心理学与行为改变的原理结合起来，阐明人怎样在社会环境中进行学习，从而形成和发展其人格特征的理论。又称造型论。这里的社会环境是指由人提供的功能性刺激，社会学习即是对这种刺激的反应过程。他人的式样，特别是家长、教师、同伴和其他模范人物具有学习模型的作用。研究证明，儿童缺失这种学习将导致顺应不良。美国社会心理学家A.班杜拉和W.米切尔、N.E.米勒、J.多拉德和 J.B.罗特以及A.W.斯塔茨等人是提倡这一理论的代表人物。 社会学习论的重要特点可归纳为：①强调人的行为是内部过程和外界影响复杂的相互作用的产物。②强调人有使用符号的非凡能量。③强调人有自我调节的能量。④强调人的思想、感情和行为不仅受直接经验的影响，而且也受观察的影响。观察学习是社会学习的一个最重要的形式。社会学习论的基本思想与传统的行为主义观点不同。行为主义竭力避开不合逻辑的内部原因时，忽视了认知功能是人的行为的一个决定因素。而社会学习论则特别重视替代、符号、自我调节诸过程所起的作用。 班杜拉和他的同事们认为，观察学习的机制不能简单地用操作条件作用的原理去解释。他们分析这种学习是由注意过程、保持过程、动作复制过程和动机过程这四个互相关联的过程构成的。 班杜拉等人还用实例和实验阐明认知过程怎样操纵强化作用对控制个人行动中的影响，并决定他们如何估量和选择不同的活动或改变他们的自我概念。 社会学习论是分析人的思想和行为的一个理论体系。它是根据认知活动对外界影响的调节去剖析社会行为的学习、动机和强化的，因而被称为一种认知行为论。这个理论对培养人的准确技能、积极态度和良好行为，具有一定的意义。 |
