Based on the monitoring data from three water quality inspection stations in the Yongjiang River,the space-time change tendency of the water quality was analyzed using seasonal Kendall examination method and probabilistic method.
应用季节性肯达尔检验方法及概率法对邕江三个水质监测站的系列监测资料进行水质时空趋势分析,得出:①邕江水质为有机污染型并呈逐年下降趋势;②上游的南宁站水质优于下游的豹子头、蒲庙两站,为Ⅱ~Ⅲ类水;③豹子头、蒲庙由于受上游南宁市区5大排污口影响,水质较劣,分别为Ⅴ、Ⅳ类。

An analysis is made by American seasonal Kendal method on the waste drainage data of main pollution sources for rivers in Guilin city dated from 1991 to 2000, based on which the waste drainage tendency of waste outlets under natural drainage condition is demonstrated.
采用美国的季节性肯达尔检验方法对桂林市主要入河污染源1991～2000年排污情况进行分析,得出入河排污口在自然排污状况下的排污趋势,并考虑在桂林市政府出台相应的水资源保护工程项目实施规划后,对入河污染源未来排污状况的影响进行综合分析研究,从而预测出桂林市主要污染源的未来变化趋势,为广西的水资源保护管理工作提供参考。

| 法尔肯海恩（1861～1922） Falkenhayn，Erich Georg Anton Sebastian von 德国将军。1890年毕业于军事学院。1896～1899年在中国清王朝军队中任职，参加过镇压义和团运动。1913～1915年任德国陆军大臣。1914～1916年任总参谋长。第一次世界大战爆发后，实际负责德军的战略指挥。在他主持下，1915年5月德军主攻方向从西线转向东线，取得重大胜利，但迫使俄国退出战争的企图未能实现；1916年2月德军主攻方向又转回西线，在凡尔登战役中，德军伤亡重大，未能战败协约国军队。同年9月被解除总参谋长职务，调任第九集团军司令。1917年任驻土耳其德军司令。1918年3月任第十集团军司令。1919年6月引退。1922年卒于波茨坦。著有《1914～1916年总参谋部及其重大决定》。
