lut祖n peimeiehang露天配煤场(outdoor bedding yard)一种采用煤堆配煤方式的配煤设施。20世纪40年代出现在美国,兼有多种煤配合和煤的混匀功能。60年代以后,大型自动化露天配煤场相继出现,如日本川铁化学水岛焦化厂和英国新建的雷得卡焦化厂,都采用这种配煤设施。 露天配煤场是以堆料机轨道为中心线对称布置的,在轨道的一侧堆煤,在另一侧取煤,以配煤场全长为一操作周期,交替进行堆取料作业。堆料作业时,堆料机沿配煤场全长低速往返移动,分层堆煤。取煤系用装有松料耙和胶带输送机的滚轮式取料机进行。取料作业时,耙子在分层铺堆的煤堆端面上摆动,以使煤堆各层不同质量的煤能均匀地落到堆底边缘,由取料机回取并送到地面胶带机上。 与传统的配煤糟配煤方式相比较,这种煤堆配煤方式的优点是:配合的煤种数和配比的大小均不受限制,可处理多种小批量的煤;每个煤堆的容量一般可以大到相当于焦炉一周的用煤量;节省投资。缺点是占地面积较大,配煤质量易波动,必须严格按规程操作,以保证配煤准确性。一 ‘化刃袱为至、‘,、
