Based on the “sunlight right” cases, this paper analyzes the essence of the “sunlight right” conflicts and the common problems among governments, courts, and social institution system in the practice of urban planning, which will contribute to exploring the intrinsic property of urban planning and the role of government, and improving China’s urban planning system.
透过对“阳光权”案件的分析,剖析了“阳光权”矛盾的实质,进而探讨在规划实践中政府、法院与社会组织结构中的普遍问题。
