【出运前风险保险】出口信用险中承保出口商出运前风险的可选择附加险。其保险责任自出口合同生效日开始，货物发运后与保单基本责任相接而终止。在此期间如买家破产、毁约，买方国发生战争、动乱、实行禁运等事件，使已经生效的出口合同无法继续执行，保险人负责赔偿出口商已经花费的有关成本费用，如设计开发费用、收购货价、国内运保费、仓储费、营运开支等。这些费用必须是已经发生或已经承诺而无法挽回的，而且在任何情况下不包括出口商预期利润的损失。这种保险一般不单独提供，但一经承保，即意味着保险人已承诺出运后风险的承保，不会因出运前发生的任何事情撤销对出运后风险的承保。
