我国拥有近300万平方公里的管辖海域,相当于30个浙江省的陆地面积。而连接这片蔚蓝色海洋国土和青翠色陆地国土的,则是蜿蜒绵长的海岸线。海岸线又分为岛屿岸线和大陆岸线两种,两者之和在我国约为32000多公里,其中大陆岸线为18000多公里,南北跨越20个地理纬度(从北纬20°到北纬40°)。
