由风湿热反复发作而引起的非活动性慢性心瓣膜病。常单独存在。中度以下关闭不全,患儿可无症状;重度患者出现左心功能不全表现,最后出现右心衰。有时有心绞痛,可发生猝死。于胸骨左缘3、4肋间可闻及高调舒张早中期吹风样杂音,主动脉瓣区常有喷射性收缩杂音及心尖部之Austin-Flint杂音,心脏向左下扩大,抬举性心尖搏动及末梢血管征。心脏“彩超”可确立诊断。易并发细菌性心内膜炎。慢性心衰者可长期口服洋地黄;瓣膜受损严重者可考虑瓣膜置换术。
