性质:将胶帘布、钢丝圈等部件采用包贴法制成硬边力车胎外胎胎坯的机械。主要由机箱、主动鼓、被动鼓、下压辊和旁压辊等组成。成型时将两根钢丝圈套在主动鼓与被动鼓的鼓面沟槽中,再使被动鼓沿导轨移动,把钢丝圈张紧,然后启动主动鼓钢丝圈与被动鼓一起运转,同时将胶帘布顺着钢丝圈的运转方向添入,围贴一周,并把外伸的帘布进行反包和压贴。
