On the basis of concept identification,the paper firstly proposes environment system of exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation of clustered firms.
在清晰界定二元式创新概念的基础上,首先提出集群企业二元式创新的环境体系:区域环境、产业环境与网络环境;其次创造性构建了二元式创新的知识循环模型;然后提取网络环境的关键网络特征,并结合集群环境特性,分析推断出融入知识循环思考的探索式创新与应用式创新各自适合的网络环境。

Using the data gathered through a survey of 397 Chinese enterprises,the antecedents and effects of exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation are tested empirically.
基于397家中国企业的问卷调查所得数据,检验了探索式创新、利用式创新的前因和后果,发现:正规化的组织结构对两类创新均有促进作用,集权化的组织结构对利用式创新有负面影响;两类创新对企业绩效均有提升作用;环境竞争性对探索式创新与绩效的关系起正向调节作用,而对利用式创新与绩效的关系起负向调节作用。
