完税后交货(指定目的地)贸易术语，国际代码为DDP。按照1 990年版的《国际贸易术语解释通则》的解释，采月这一贸易术语时.卖方应自负费用和风险把货物运至进口国指定的目的地，并置于买方控制之下，即完成交货。买卖双方风险划分的界线是以指定地点货交买方为界。 卖方要自费办理运输、保险并支付运费和保险费，还要办理全部出口和进口手续，支付关税、捐税及其他费用卖方必须提供沟单据有商业发票、提货单或通常运输单据、出门许可证、进口许可证以及其他办理货物出入境手续所必需的官方证件。买方的主要责任是.当卖方将货物交由其控制时.应立即受领货物，并承担货物交由其处置后的一切风险和费用。买方如未能及时受领货物，应承担由此引起的任何额外费用。按该贸易术语成交时，卖方承担的责任、费用和风险最大。如卖方无法直接或间接取得进口许可证则不宜采用这一交货条件。该贸易术语适用于任何运输方式。
