Based on the optimal management of irrigation water resources,by use of the principle of entropic coefficient method, and with consideration of the economic benefit,social demand and ecological benefit of sustainable agricultural development, an optimization model with entropic coefficients is proposed in this paper and is applied to a real management problem of irrigation water resources.
针对灌溉水资源的优化调配问题,应用熵权系数法的基本原理,综合考虑农业可持续发展的经济效益、社会需要和生态效益要求,提出了对方案进行多准则综合评价的熵权系数优化模型,以确定农业最优种植模式及相应的灌溉水量。

Based on an analysis of agricultural water resources and the optimal management of irrigation water resources and by using the basic principles of system optimization,a large-scale system decomposition-coordination optimization modle is proposed in this paper to determine the optimal agricultural planting pattern and corresponding irrigation water volume.
在分析了我国农业水资源现状的前提下,针对灌溉水资源的优化调配问题,应用系统优化法的基本原理,提出了对灌溉水资源优化调配的大系统分解协调模型,以确定农业最优种植模式及相应的灌溉水量。
