Theoretical Justification for Naming and Translation of Terminologies;

In China,free translation has traditionally been the main method of naming,but diverse ways in which foreign words are translated and used in the Chinese language today leave much for inquiry.

This paper attempts to account for the various views which translators have had over the past two millennia in regard to naming of things and translating of SL terms into TL equivalents within a framework of translation studies approached from modern linguistic perspectives.

The study results show that the same soil may be entitled different names in different standard of liquid limit.

The existing problems for silt name are discussed.

Approach of soil classification and designation based on decision tree induce classification;

Finally,how Fortran DLL is imported in Visual C++,Visual Basic ,Delphi,and how calling convention,naming convention and argument passing consistently reconciled between Fortran and Visual C++,Visual Basic as well as Delphi,are discussed respectively.
