原料配方 面粉500克 发面100克 鸡蛋3个 白糖200克 碱、红色素少许
制作方法
1.把面粉倒在案板上，扒个坑，把碱液，100克白糖、蛋液(125克)倒入面内，加适量温水，和成面团，饧10分钟。
2.把饧好的面团擀成约5毫米厚的长方形面片，用刀切成4厘米的方块，把方块的4个角向中心各切一刀，中间稍连，再将4个角左侧的一半提起，用剩余的蛋液把各半都粘在面皮中心即成生坯。
3.把油烧到六成热时，将生坯下锅，待酥展开，浮出油面呈浅黄色即熟。捞出沥干油，码于盘内，上边撒上用白糖和少许红色素拌制的色糖即可。
产品特点 形似风车，甜酥适口。
