由政府有关部门制定的在短期内实行的工业品出厂价格。又称工业品临时出厂价格。是国家定价的一种特殊形式。在中国由于国家对某些产品定价偏低，一些技术设备差、交通运输不便的企业执行国家统一定价有困难，而这些产品又是生产和社会生活迫切需要的短缺产品，所以，各级政府有关部门可以根据保本微利的原则，按照国家规定的价格管理权限和审批程序，在不超过国家统一定价的一定幅度内制定临时出厂价格。临时价格制定后，可根据实际执行情况进行适当调整，限期届满以后即改为执行统一价格。
