Based on the structural and characteristic analysis of no-tillage maize planter, a new scheme using virtual design based on SolidWorks and MATLAB has been put forward.

This paper introduces briefly the trait of the structure and using effect of a new-design conservation tillage machine, combined machine with no-tillage and fertilization and sowing of corn.

Study on the Seeding and Spraying Combined Machine for No-till Maize;

The author mainly stated the technical parameters and operation principle of the hinge implement of conservation tillage—2BM-9 model no-till seeder as its performance test,reliability trial and the application effect in this paper.

According to the technical requirements and the productive experiments of the no-till agriculture,this paper makes the improving design of the no-till seeder and its working parts,especially makes some breakthroughs in aspects of the four-bar linkage,the opener boot,and the stubble rotary knife,etc.

It is imperative to develop and produce the no-till seeder for the Conservation tillage technology in accordance with the promotion requirements.

A new 2BQMF-5 type of suction and fertilizer no-till planter was designed.

Based on the analysis on the requirements for no-till planter for mechanized protective tillage, formulation machine types, characteristic and researching situation of no-till planter.

The reciprocating powered-cutter wheat no-till planter,which has the functions of residue-cutting,seeding and bed-renovating,was designed based on the problems of residues blocking and seriously damaged bed shape during the planting of wheat in maize stubble coverage fields under the condition of permanent raised beds(PRB)in irrigation agricultural region of northwest China.
