耗氧量


单位时间内组织消耗的氧气量。如单位时间内心肌消耗的氧气量,称之为心肌耗氧量。心肌耗氧量很大。成年人心脏重量约300g,但其耗氧量却占全身耗氧的1/10。其原因一方面是由于心脏工作量大,另一方面是由于心肌能量来源主要 依赖于氧化分解脂肪,而脂肪的氧化分解所需要的氧比分解糖所需要的氧更多。
