性质:经真空熔炼成的Nd-Fe-B永磁合金,以熔融状态处在惰性气氛保护的石英坩埚中,当在压力作用下经过容器底部细孔喷射到高速旋转的水冷铜辊的外缘上,以105~106℃/S速度冷却,形成非晶态或微晶的窄薄带,再制成粉,由此制成的磁体称为快淬磁体。有利于生产过程自动化、连续化;产品内禀矫顽力及磁化强度都很高,缺点磁能积较低,一般60~80kJ/m3(8~10MGOe)。
