基本材料 净羊肉1000克，龟肉500克，熟附件30克，枸杞20克，当归（身）15克，姜丝、料酒各10克，化猪油200克，精盐5克，味精2克。
制法：将龟肉、羊肉洗净，放入沸水锅内，烫一下，捞出，过冷水洗净，切成小块，待用。把熟附片、枸杞、当归用温水浸软，用凉水洗净，待用。将炖锅刷洗净，置于火上，放入龟肉，羊肉、熟附片、枸杞、当归，锅加盖，旺火烧开，烹入料酒、精盐、姜丝，以文火炖3--4小时，点入味精调味，离火，即可供食用。
功效：阴阳双补，固肾壮阳。
用法：佐餐食肉，每日1--2次。
应用：适用于中老年人阳虚精亏之人。
