To solve the problem that the two sides helicoids of planar double-enveloping hourglass worm can t be grinded simultaneously, the quasi-plane double-enveloping worm is put forward.
准平面二次包络环面蜗杆是为了解决平面二次包络环面蜗杆不能实现双面磨削的问题而提出的,主要利用锥面在锥底半径较大和锥角较大时,锥面在局部区域上近似于平面这一特征,用一大直径大锥角的双面对称锥形砂轮近似代替平面砂轮同时磨削环面蜗杆的两侧螺旋面。
