huoli kongzhi火力控制(fil.o control)以火力对某一区域(目标)实施控制的作战行动。合同作战中运用火力的一种方法。可分为炮兵火力控制、航空兵火力控制、步兵火力控制或多种火力综合控制等。通常对敌战术纵深内有较高战术价值，但不便或不需以兵力占领的区域或目标实施。目的是制止敌人利用或通过某一区域或目标，为己方军队的作战行动创造有利条件。 组织火力控制，通常由火力协调机构根据合成军队指挥员的决心和敌情、地形，火力部队、分队的任务，火器数量和战术技术性能并结合火力计划统筹安排，预先计划，由兼任此项任务的火力部队、分队指挥员根据战场需要临时组织实施。组织时，应指定担任火力控制的部队、分队或火器，明确规定其任务、火力控制的目标及范围，火力的组成、持续时间、弹药消耗量及指挥协同事项等。实施时，应加强战场观察，在可靠掌握敌情的基础上，捕捉有利时机，迅速、突然、灵活地实施火力控制。进攻战斗，对防御纵深内可能威胁步兵、坦克兵行动的重要目标，在炮兵、航空兵的火力达不到有效压制的情况下，可先以少量的炮兵、航空兵实施火力控制，为尔后攻歼敌人创造条件。防御战斗，对敌必经的桥梁、渡口、谷地、山娅口、隘路等“咽喉”部位，直升机起降场，己方支撑点、要点之间，防御阵地的翼侧、接合部和间隙地等，视J清况实施火力控制，为防守部队、分队抗击敌进攻争取准备时间或创造歼敌条件。未来作战，火力控制将与信息、电磁控制紧密结合，形成战场综合控制。 (任世纪王勇)
