j扭ofu mei中纽ngsan zhuangZhi焦炉煤气放散装置(bleeder of purified coke。ven gas)自动放散净煤气的安全装置。设在焦炉煤气拒与焦炉煤气净化系统之间。当净煤气发生量大于用户需要量，或用户耗气量突然大幅度减少时，净化系统的设备和管道以及焦炉集气管的压力将立即升高，此时放散装置即自动放散净煤气，使煤气压力恢复正常，起到安全保护作用。焦炉煤气放散装置由带煤气放散管的水封槽和缓冲槽组成。(见图)当煤气运行压力略高于放散水封压力(两槽水位差)时，水封槽 水位下降，水由连接管流入缓冲槽，煤气自动冲破水 封放散。当煤气压力恢复到规定值时，缓冲槽的水靠位 差迅速流回水封槽，自动恢复水封功能。煤气运行压力 根据实际情况确定，煤气放散压力根据焦炉煤气鼓风 机吸力调节的破感程度确定。煤气放散量与厂内外煤 气用户的用气情况、焦炉规模和炉组组数有关。与煤 净竿气-一_于 焦炉煤气放散装置 气接触的水封槽和放散管内壁在冬季可能结蔡，水中 有煤焦油沉积，应定期排污和用蒸汽吹扫。煤气放散污 染大气，随着电子技术的发展，带自动点火的焦炉煤 气放散装置，正逐渐取代水封式煤气放散装置。 (张平生)
