With more characteristic values taken into account,an improved method for deduced design tidal level process was presented.
针对低潮位系列容易呈“负偏态”分布的事实,介绍了负偏态潮位系列的频率计算方法,提出了一种融入更多潮位过程特征信息的设计潮位过程推求方法,以长江口天生港、徐六泾、外高桥潮位站为例,采用上述方法计算了典型站的设计潮位和设计潮位过程。

Based on the NCEP reanalyzed data and routine observational data,the heavy cold-wave process on 18 April 2008 in Xinjiang was diagnostically analyzed.
利用NCEP/NCAR再分析资料、常规观测资料对新疆2008年4月18目的强寒潮过程进行了诊断分析,指出此次天气过程强冷空气随高度后倾,在入侵新疆的过程中有两次明显的锋生过程,正是由于锋生的存在,使得天气表现复杂和剧烈。
