Taking hoisting construction of large-span steel pipe truss in Jinan Railway Station,the paper introduces the hoisting process over the existing railway station to similar engineering for reference.

The site measurement for long-span steel truss of a gymnasium is introduced,which includes measurement contents,measuring point position,data collection and treatment.

In order to obtain the distribution of load,displacement and wind vibration coefficient of large-span spatial steel pipe truss structures under wind load,a program based on Auto-Regressive method was worked out to simulate its time history curve of wind speed of multi-points,which bear space relativity.

Combining with the construction difficulties of precision control,field processing,assembling forming,aloft work,which exist in integral lifting of super-high large-span steel truss beam of Yantai Broadcast and Television Center building,the choice of lifting equipment,assembling face and installation operation platform are analyzed,and four 6×19mm wire ropes are adopted as suspender cable.
