This paper probes theoretically into the basis,cost composition,calculation standard and calculation method of the preparation of the rush-work compensation fee of the hydraulic engineering under the situation of the responsibility of non-contractor,and taking a certain contract project of M7.

This paper aims to explore the impact of different reimbursement systems on the demand and utilization of medical care by comparing the outpatient service utilization of two groups of subjects respectively under two systems of fee-for-service and capitation.
