性质:锅炉运行中,若水位低于水表最低安全刻度线,即构成缺水事故。其严重后果为:(1)炉管变形,烧塌或爆破。(2)受热面钢材过热,丧失承载能力。(3)炉墙损坏,甚至导致锅炉爆炸。判断缺水程度的方法通常是“叫水”,(发生呜呜叫声)严重缺水时应紧急停炉。相对容水量较小的锅炉、最高火界在水连管以上的锅炉,一旦缺水即应紧急停炉。
