是将云母粉简单处理后而不同胶粘剂混合，经过烘烤干燥，用清华大学与合作单位共同研制的布料机在平板上均匀布料到所需厚度，再送到层压机上加温加压固化粘接，冷地后取出即可得到所需的云母复合板。若加上一些特殊补旨材料就可得到云母复合板。主要产品有：换向器云母板、衬垫云母板、塑性云母板、柔软云母板等。
